Welcome!
For those of you who don't know me, my name is Patricia Loff.
I wanted to create a forum for real discussion about what it takes to get to the other side of a diagnosis, even a diagnosis like cancer.
I've spent the last 35 years researching and more than 20 years helping people reverse disease. And what I've found is the biggest obstacle standing between someone who has received a diagnosis and their own exceptional health is information.
That's it!
Not a "cure."
Not the latest discovery.....

Live replay
I am looking for a link to the replay to 9/25 Live. Any pointers?
Is there a link to a page where ALL lives might be found for those who haven't been able to get there? That would be awesome..❤️

Q&A!
I've been answering questions ALL week! Just not in this forum.
So, I'll share some of the questions and some of my answers over the weekend, starting NOW!
Here's a question I received from a 1:1 client this week and it's a common one.
Q: How do I get my kids (adults) to get on board with these types of practices so they don't fall into the same traps I fell into?

Q: How do I get my kids (adults) to get on board with these types of practices so they don't fall into the same traps I fell into?
A: The best and really the ONLY way to "get" someone to engage in anything you want them to try or practice is to set the example you want them to follow. They may or may not be inspired to follow in your footsteps.
Your only responsibility is the delivery of the example. You can't both deliver and accept the challenge on someone else's behalf. Therefore you have to be prepared for your kids to not do what you would like them to do.
I think it's probably one of the hardest things about being a parent. Wanting the best for your children and then watching them make a choice that you know won't deliver the best outcomes for them.
The only solution is to stay your own course. Get your own results. People, even your own kids, will either be ignited by your efforts or they won't. That's all their is to it.
I hope you find that helpful!
