For those of you who don't know me, my name is Patricia Loff.
I wanted to create a forum for real discussion about what it takes to get to the other side of a diagnosis, even a diagnosis like cancer.
I've spent the last 35 years researching and more than 20 years helping people reverse disease. And what I've found is the biggest obstacle standing between someone who has received a diagnosis and their own exceptional health is information.

Good morning, morning! (question!)
Any thoughts on why I might wake up feeling like all my consciousness is in my head rather than throughout my body? As I was doing a couple of the meditations this morning, including the healing mastery for beginners, I was surprised at how much I seemed to not be able to connect with my body in the early moments/hour of the morning. I think I tend to connect with my body more as I go throughout my day, as I intentionally do things on its behalf...and, the default seems to be set to "off." (I...
